Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Itch Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Chills-Mild, Systemic: Fever-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Additional Details: Site Reaction. Patient had redness, itching, pain and swelling that was roughly a hand size on the upper arm and shoulder. Patient claimed she was feverish for a couple days after. Reaction seemed to start the day after the shot and was still noticable 5 days later when she just came in.
