Systemic: numbness on side where vaccine administered (arm leg tongue) breathing normal-Medium, Systemic: Numbness (specify: facial area, extremities)-Medium, Additional Details: after recieving vaccine patient comes back around 1/2 hour later stating numbness in left extremeties and tongue. no swelling or breathing problems reported. blood pressur taken by pharmacist results normal at 115/75 heart rate 75. 911 called as per patient request patient walked out with emt refusing to use strecher
