Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient received prevnar 20 vaccine from the pharmacy on 04/15/26. Pt returned to pharmacy on 04/21/26 presenting with redness at site of injection. Pt states that she developed a rash and itching on the 16th of april and still has a redness on 04/21/26. Pt states that redness and rash have subsided substantially.
