Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Fever-Medium, Additional Details: Patient received prevnar 20 vaccine from pharmacy on 04/15/26. Pt returned to pharmacy on 04/21/26 presenting with redness at site of injection. Pt states that she developed a rash, itching at injection site, and a fever the following day after getting the vaccine. States that all symptoms other than redness/rash have resolved but the redness/rash are improving.
