Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: dehydration within 6 hours later which lead to constipation-Mild, Additional Details: Patient experience dehydration and thirst within 6 hour after the vaccine. He had to do a lot of water intake and 1 dose of miralax (17g) to treat his thirst and constipation . He was able to poop 24 hours later and his dehydration did not resolved until 36 hours later.
