Symptom narrative

The patient is a 59 y/o F who presents to clinic with concern of sore throat for 2 weeks. She also subsequently developed a generalized rash that started on her trunk, then moved to her face and extremities. She denies cough, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, or conjunctivitis. No current fever. She has not started any new medications recently, but she did receive a dose of the MMR vaccine at the end of March. She did travel to the city recently but is unaware of any sick contacts.
