Nurse administered only the men b component of Penmenvy; Nurse administered only the men b component of Penmenvy; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via sales rep and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 16-year-old patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) for prophylaxis. On 09-APR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Penmenvy. On 09-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Nurse administered only the men b component of Penmenvy) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Nurse administered only the men b component of Penmenvy). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
