Heart attack; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. An 81-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 28Sep2025 at 12:00 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 81 years for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (Primary Immunization series completed; Manufacturer unknown), for Covid-19 immunization. The following information was reported: MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION (death, medically significant) with onset 01Oct2025 at 09:30, outcome "fatal", described as "Heart attack". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of myocardial infarction. The patient date of death was 01Oct2025. Reported cause of death: "Heart attack". No autopsy was performed. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) will be requested and submitted if and when received. Additional information: Her husband suffered heart attack three days after he got covid booster. No hx of cardiac illness in his entire family. His mo lived to 99. He was an excellent health.
