Symptom narrative

Approximately 10 minutes after vaccines were administered mom reported that patient c/o "throat feeling funny", itchiness all over body, swollen eyes. Cetirizine was given and patient discharged home. Patient brought back to clinic about 2 hours later with hives, severe skin redness, extremely swollen eyes, and pt. still continuing to report "throat" issues. After re-assessment at the clinic, Epi Pen Jr. administered to the thigh. After most symptoms resolved, patient also given oral Dexamethasone.
