Symptom narrative

Vasovagal near-syncope that occurred within 5 minutes of vaccine administration. Patient verbalized feeling hot and overall unwell. She was visibly pale and not responding for a few seconds. Blood pressure was 53/35 at 1520. By 1700 patient's symptoms had completed resolved.
