Symptom narrative

A month after the first dose I became sick. My doctor put me on antibiotic, steroid cream, and cough medicine. Around November 2021, I felt pain and developed hives in my right arm. Then it started happening on other places of my body. These hives get really hot and they come and go all over my body. I have pictures of them. I had the 2nd dose on 12/18/2021 lot # 052E21A which made the rash worse. I have dry eyes and a lot of thick mucus. I have brain fog and constant ringing in my ears like a humming noise. I have had these issues for the last 5 years after the first Covid vaccine dose. My doctor retired but I have had labs done at Medical Health System. Dx was vitamin D and B12 were low, so I now take supplements.
