Symptom narrative

Per patient she has pain right after vaccine on 10/29/25. The pain was local at injection site. However the pain get worse and spread a bit outer after couple days that she couldnt move her arm or move her arm up. She thought it is normal after vaccine and continue to monitor the symptoms. The pain is still persistent and very painful for a month. After one month, the pain subside but still very noticeable until now. She still has pain and has difficult time raise her arm up.
