PT RECEIVED 2 DOSE OF IMOVAX AND IXIARO. WHILE ASKING A QUESTION, 5 TO 10 MINUTES AFTER RECEIVING VACCINATION, PT STUMBLE AND FELL DOWN BACKWARD. PT GOT UP AFTER A MINUTE, THEN FELL AGAIN FORWARD. THERE'S SOME REDNESS ON RIGHT ARM. REDNESS IS ON SURFACE AND LOOKS LIKE ABRASION. PT WAS HELPED TO SIT DOWN, GIVEN A CUP OF WATER. PT SWEAT PROFUSELY AND LOOKED PALE. EMS WAS CALLED AND ARRIVED SHORTLY AFTER.
