Symptom: hives, rash, swollen, pump on the left arm where the vaccinates at. Pt stated that it started

patient came in to the pharmacy because her arm was hurting, red, and itching. She received a vaccine for Capvaxive and was in pain and had body aches. She also stated that the area had a bump and has subsided, but the redness was still visible.
