Symptom narrative

Patient reported getting tension headache tuesday night and then fever 110F started wednesday morning and lasted until thursday night. Patient contacted their Dr and Dr told them to go to the ER on Wednesday. Patient was given an over the counter tylenol and advil medication to bring the fever down and then sent patient home. Dr wants to see patient in May for follow up. Nurse at her Dr's office told her to wait 1-2 months before getting anymore vaccines. Patient also states getting pain and swelling at site of injection in left arm. Patient took advil at home and took cold shower to help bring fever down.. However the timing of their report may be off by a day because they got vaccinated on a wednesday 4/22/26, so it must have been thursday and friday because they said they had the symptoms for 2 days. Also, the patient self reported that the fever got to 110F, and I asked multiple times to verify because that seemed too high, so the actual fever temperature may be less than reported.
