Symptom narrative

4/25/26 patient received 3 vaccines. She received both Shingrix and Capvaxive in her left arm and Adacel in her right arm. Shingrix Left Arm Lot TL74Y Exp 5/19/28 Capvaxive Left Arm Lot Z013052 Exp 5/30/27 Adacel Right Arm Lot U8724AA Exp 12/31/27 She called today stating that her left arm had a red lumpy area from where the vaccine was given, she thinks it's where the shingrix was given, but she also got the capvaxive in that arm. She has no history of having reactions to vaccines. She said that it is not sore, does not hurt, has no fever. But states that the area is red and feels like a lump under the skin. She was calling to see if it was normal. She is under the impression that the shingrix vaccine is the one causing the adverse reaction but she is not sure. I recommended to her that she use OTC remedies, hydrocortisone cream, ice pack, etc to see if that helps. If it does not get better, or gets worse/painful/spreads/fever to have it evaluated by her doctor. She was satisfied with this resolution.
