Symptom narrative

Pt woke morning after with numbness in limbs; extreme fatigue; vomiting; diarrhea; headache; Fever; chills; unable to bare weight; currently at the 72-hour mark and still unable to get out of bed; not eating; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via sales rep and described the occurrence of numbness of limbs in a 76-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number CM9A5) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included parkinson's disease and hypothyroidism. Concomitant products included levothyroxine sodium (Synthroid), carbidopa, levodopa (Carbidopa/Levodopa) and prednisone. On 14-APR-2026, the patient received Arexvy .5 ml. On 15-APR-2026, 1 days after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced numbness of limbs (Verbatim: Pt woke morning after with numbness in limbs), fatigue (Verbatim: extreme fatigue), vomiting (Verbatim: vomiting), diarrhea (Verbatim: diarrhea), headache (Verbatim: headache), fever (Verbatim: Fever), chills (Verbatim: chills), weight bearing difficulty (Verbatim: unable to bare weight), bedridden (Verbatim: currently at the 72-hour mark and still unable to get out of bed) and appetite absent (Verbatim: not eating). The outcome of the numbness of limbs, bedridden and appetite absent were not resolved and the outcome of the fatigue, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, fever, chills and weight bearing difficulty were not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the numbness of limbs, fatigue, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, fever, chills, weight bearing difficulty, bedridden and appetite absent to be related to Arexvy. It was unknown if the company considered the numbness of limbs, fatigue, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, fever, chills, weight bearing difficulty, bedridden and appetite absent to be related to Arexvy.
