Symptom narrative

Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration - Right arm was in pain at injection site shortly after administration (went too deep) then less than 24 hours later my arm went nearly completely dead. I was not able to move it well, but still had feeling. Gradually it got a little better, but not fully. I continue to have clicking and pops in the shoulder. The arm is sore from time to time. I had no other side effects from the vaccine (fever or anything else). It was the administration of the vaccine. I am sure it was given too deep.
