Symptom narrative

Patient reports swollen lymph nodes that are "hot to the touch, swollen, tender, and puffy". Reports that it happened Saturday after the vaccine next to her throat on her lymph node then continued into Sunday and started to get worse and more puffy on Monday. Patient currently has a doctor's appointment today at 2pm to address this.
