administered the prefilled syringe of Sterile Water Diluent Component without the single-dose via; administered the prefilled syringe of Sterile Water Diluent Component without the single-dose via; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a female patient who received MMR (Priorix) (batch number 5549J, expiry date 01-APR-2027) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Priorix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: administered the prefilled syringe of Sterile Water Diluent Component without the single-dose via) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: administered the prefilled syringe of Sterile Water Diluent Component without the single-dose via). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
