were administered the prefilled syringe of Sterile water Diluent Component without the single-dose vial of Lyophilized Antigen Component.; Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered.; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 45-year-old female patient who received MMR (Priorix) (batch number 5549J, expiry date 01-APR-2027) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Priorix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Priorix, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: were administered the prefilled syringe of Sterile water Diluent Component without the single-dose vial of Lyophilized Antigen Component.) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered.).
