Symptom narrative

30 to 45 minutes after the vaccine the patient started to feel hot. She noticed hives starting to form on arms and cheeks. Then the patient started to feel nauseated. She notes a slight fever of 101.2 F. The patient took Benadryl and Zofran and did help. The nausea lasted several days after the vaccine. The patient stated she also felt itchy for several days as well. She said she did not notice any redness but felt itchy on both arms, back, and chest.
