Symptom narrative

The Heb A vaccine was administered to my son at 3 months old on 4/28/2026 at around 9am. The doctor was supposed to administer the Heb B vaccine but administered the Heb A vaccine in error. Since this occurred today I have noticed my son is sleeping more but no other side effects. During this visit he also receivec Rotavirus but this vaccine was planned.
