on February 5th, 2026 I got the first shingles shot from Pharmacy. My right right arm was sore for 4 to 5 days, but I could use it. Daily continual headaches ensued, a little tired, Confusion, forgetfulness and whole body achiness and sleeplessness were a daily symptom. Exhaustion, confusion and headaches continued, However, I still struggled, to exercise: riding the bike 20 minutes and walking a mile around the subdivision. Then I got the second shingles shot in April 8th,2026. For three weeks and a half I had massive headaches, mindlessness, sleeplessness And severe Body muscles aches and Exhaustion continued for three weeks and more. I stopped exercising at that point because I couldn?t, my legs ached to ride my bike and specifically quadriceps wouldn?t carry me and it felt like they were not getting a blood supply, Today, exercising my bike, my legs, my quads don?t feel like they?ll carry me. It feels like I just got out of the hospital for a month my legs are so weak and my body totally exhausted because it can?t recover. Two and one-half weeks later, I rested at night seven hours got up at 5:30-am. Went back to bed two hours later, i?m just so weak and exhausted. Prior to this, I could work 6 to 8 hours outside gardening, lawn work. Today I can?t even work one hour. And it is three weeks later. It feels like my mitochondria in my leg muscles is not being fed energy. . 3/24/26 - ReClast Infusion for Osteoporosis February and March 2021 -Covid shots Moderna Could it be that the mRNA in the Covid was fighting the shingles vaccine? or the ReClast Infusion for Osteoporosis???
