total body rash: hands/feet/neck/trunk/face; itching; Initial information received on 30-Mar-2026 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case received from a healthcare professional. This case involved a 4 years old female patient who experienced total body rash: hands/feet/neck/trunk/face and itching after treated with haemophilus type B (HIB) vaccine (ACTHIB). The patient's past medical history, past medical treatment(s), past drugs, vaccination(s), family history and concomitant medications were not provided. On 06-Mar-2026, the patient started taking haemophilus type B (HIB) vaccine powder and solvent for solution for injection (strength and expiry: unknown) (lot UK359AA) as 0.5 mL via intramuscular for prophylactic vaccination (immunization). On 09-Mar-2026 patient had total body rash: hands/feet/neck/trunk/face (Rash) and itching (Pruritus) (latency 3 days). Action taken: Not applicable. Corrective : not reported Event outcome: Rash and pruritus were not recovered/not resolved/ongoing.
