Symptom narrative

patient missed her second dose of Twinrix at one month and received the second dose late; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 39-year-old female patient who received HAB (Twinrix) (batch number az2a3, expiry date 05-FEB-2028) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (1st dose received on 18-SEP-2025 with batch number 324BY and expiry date 28-SEP-2026). On 23-APR-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Twinrix. On 23-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Twinrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: patient missed her second dose of Twinrix at one month and received the second dose late). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable.
