This case involves a 79-year-old female patient who received intentional age prescription by healthcare professional (HCP) as per package insert, of diphtheria, tetanus and acellular pertussis vaccine (Adacel), approved for use in persons 10 through 64 years of age, with no reported adverse event. The patient's past medical history, past drugs, vaccination(s), family history, concomitant medications were not provided.
