expired Havrix dose was administered; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a adult male patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number 2345B, expiry date 02-FEB-2026) for prophylaxis. On 03-FEB-2026, the patient received Havrix. On 03-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: expired Havrix dose was administered). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 22-APR-2026 The reporter reported that an expired Havrix dose was administered on 03-FEB-2026 and it expired 02-FEB-2026.
