transient nerve pain; scoliosis worse; condition aggravated; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of nerve pain in a 60-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included scoliosis (Scoliosis), shingles (shingles 4 years ago) and shingles (another episode in September of last year). On 15-APR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. In APR-2026, less than a week after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced nerve pain (Verbatim: transient nerve pain), scoliosis (Verbatim: scoliosis worse) and condition aggravated (Verbatim: condition aggravated). The outcome of the nerve pain was unknown and the outcome of the scoliosis and condition aggravated were not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the nerve pain, scoliosis and condition aggravated to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 20-APR-2026 The reporter was the patient who received her first dose of Shingrix on 15-APR-2026. She reported that on 16-APR-2026 she experienced a stabbing pain that radiated from her neck to her groin. By Saturday, the pain had moved to the area near the side of her eye. She described the nerve pain as shifting to different parts of her body, occurring in clusters approximately one inch by one inch in size. She also stated that these symptoms had worsened her pre-existing scoliosis. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
