Symptom narrative

Patient with significant redness, tenderness at the sight within 24 hours. Fever on day after vaccine. Symptoms of upset stomach, fatigue, erythema of the arm (which has spread) have persisted beyond until 6 days afterwards when I saw the patient. No throat swelling, cough, or changes in voice. No other rash aside from the ongoing redness and swelling at the site of injection. We will treat symptomatically. This is unusual to see beyond 48 hours post-vaccine.
