Covid; Covid; had also got COVID twice; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. Other Case identifier(s): MOD-2026-794776 (Moderna), MOD-2026-794775 (Moderna). A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "unknown" and all described as "Covid"; DISEASE RECURRENCE (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "had also got COVID twice". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of covid-19. The following death information was reported, despite no fatal outcome. The patient date of death was unknown. Reported cause of death: "Covid". Clinical course: The patient, whose age and date of birth were characterized as late at the time of their COVID-19 infection, had a medical history of receiving multiple doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine (NOS). Despite these vaccinations, the patient contracted COVID-19 twice. During a subsequent infection, the patient was treated with Paxlovid. Although the patient did not feel well immediately after taking the medication, the treatment eventually resolved the infection. It was reported that the patient passed away a few months ago; however, it was unknown if any additional symptoms or adverse events were experienced. No follow-up attempts are possible.
