the little thing is still floating in there; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from product quality group. This report involves pneumococcal 20-valent conjugate vaccine (diphtheria CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), (Lot number: MH9572, Expiration Date: 31Jan2027) for immunisation. The following information was reported: LIQUID PRODUCT PHYSICAL ISSUE (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "the little thing is still floating in there". Additional Information: Noticed something floating in it. They have shaken it and the vaccine sat out overnight and the little thing is still floating in there. Clarified that the floating thing looks like a little ball or chunk of Styrofoam. There was no patient involvement. It was caught before the product was administered. Causality for "the little thing is still floating in there" was determined associated to device constituent of pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (malfunction).
