Symptom narrative

Client received Tenivac and Typhim Vi at 10:12 am. About 1025 client reported dry mouth and that she was having trouble swallowing. 0.3 mg Epi administered via epi pen into client's right thigh at 1028am., at that time 911 was called. Client remained awake and alert throughout. Ems arrived at 1037 am and client was transferred to the emergency room. Writer spoke to client 1-2 hours later, she was still in the emergency room but was feeling better and was expecting to be released after they observed her for four hours after epi administration.

OSA using CPAP, asthma, GERD, thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer in 1989
