A report generated the following day that this patient had received a second dose of their flu shot (first dose 9/16/2025, same season's dose, same NDC given) through pharmacy. Thus, when the patient was searched in vaccine registry, they were due, however, they had already received the dose and did not mention this to the pharmacist.
