The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On 02-Jul-2025, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of hepatitis a vaccine, inactivated (VAQTA) injection, 0.50 mL, total, (Batch/Lot Number and expiration date were not provided) via Intramuscular, as prophylaxis (reported as "Hepatitis A vaccination"). On 14-Oct-2025, the patient was vaccinated with the second dose of Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated, Pediatric, 25 u/0.5mL (VAQTA) injection, 0.50 mL, total, (Batch/Lot Number: Z005852) (Expiration date: 15-Oct-2026) via Intramuscular as prophylaxis (reported as "Hepatitis A vaccination").
