On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. In JAN-2026, between 2 and 4 months after receiving Shingles vaccine and not applicable after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced bell's palsy (Verbatim: bell's palsy on the left side of head and face) (serious criteria GSK medically significant). The patient developed Bell's palsy on the left side of my head and face and had still been experiencing issues for almost three months. Both were from the same virus. The batch number was not provided and unable to contact the reporter.
