Pt was given a low dose of the covid vaccine for ages range from 6 months to 11 years of age but was suppose to be given the age range from 12 and up since patient is 12 years old. Mother offered the 12 plus dose of covid vaccine. Pt will be coming in on 5/8/26 for covid vaccine.
