Shingrix - Late second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 84-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Shingrix - Late second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date 21-APR-2026 A pharmacy technician mentioned that a patient received the first dose of Shingrix about two years ago (exact date of administration was not provided) and asked if the patient should re initiate the series.
