Symptom narrative

warmth, swelling, redness, and pain in left arm from deltoid(injection site) to thumb. Firm fluid filled blisters surrounding injection site and travelling downward to wrist and thumb. Resident has currently taking cephalexin R/T UTI as of 04/26. Pepcid and Zyrtec prescribed to reduce inflammation from rash. 20min on/off ice pack treatment for pain and swelling.
