Vaccine administration error; no known adverse event. Patient received DTaP on 6/30/14, 10/17/2014. Tdap was administered 4/21/2025. The Tdap administered on 04/21/2025 fulfilled the catch-up and adolescent Tdap requirement. Additional Tdap was administered on 4/17/26.
