No additional AE; improperly stored dose of ROTATEQ was administered to a patient 4/28/2026; This spontaneous report was received from a physician referring to a patient of unknown age and gender. Information regarding the patient's pertinent medical history, drug allergies or reactions, concomitant medications was not provided. On 28-Apr-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an improperly stored dose of Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), for prophylaxis (dose, route of administration, vaccination scheme frequency and anatomical location not reported, lot number Z007664, which was verified to be valid, expiration date on 24-Nov-2026). The administered dose of the vaccine experienced a temperature excursion 33.7 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes, it was not reported if the information was recorded by a data logger or not. There was no adverse effect reported.
