Symptom narrative

Patient did not have symptoms after monitoring her at the clinic on 4/28/26. She informed us today that she was seen in the ED and had the following symptoms: Glossitis, fever, shortness of breath and hives. Unknown treatment at the ED, but they did prescribe her an EPI-PEN.
