Interchangeability with Trumenba; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of interchange of vaccine products in a 16-year-old patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number 1) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included MENINGOCOCCAL VACCINE B RFHBPA/FHBPB (TRUMENBA) for prophylaxis. On 05-SEP-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Bexsero. On 14-APR-2026, the patient received TRUMENBA. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero and an unknown time after receiving TRUMENBA, the patient experienced interchange of vaccine products (Verbatim: Interchangeability with Trumenba).
