Severe Chills; arm pain; Weakness; numbness in fingers; heavy breathing; difficulty sitting up; This is a spontaneous report received from a Pharmacist from a sales representative. A 17-year-old male patient received meningococcal group b Rlp2086 (TRUMENBA), on 28Apr2026 at 15:00 as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 17 years, in arm for immunisation; meningococcal vaccine a/c/y/w conj (tet tox) (MENACWY TT), on 28Apr2026 as dose number unknown, single for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Penicillin hypersensitivity" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Meningococcal group b rlp2086 (DOSE 1), for Immunization. The following information was reported: CHILLS (non-serious) with onset 28Apr2026 at 18:00, outcome "recovering", described as "Severe Chills"; ASTHENIA (non-serious) with onset 28Apr2026 at 18:00, outcome "recovering", described as "Weakness"; PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious) with onset 28Apr2026 at 18:00, outcome "recovering", described as "arm pain"; SITTING DISABILITY (non-serious) with onset 28Apr2026 at 18:00, outcome "recovering", described as "difficulty sitting up"; DYSPNOEA (non-serious) with onset 28Apr2026 at 18:00, outcome "recovering", described as "heavy breathing"; HYPOAESTHESIA (non-serious) with onset 28Apr2026 at 18:00, outcome "recovering", described as "numbness in fingers".
