A 17-year-old male patient received meningococcal group b Rlp2086 (TRUMENBA), on 28Apr2026 at 15:00 as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 17 years, in arm for immunisation; meningococcal vaccine a/c/y/w conj (tet tox) (MENACWY TT), on 28Apr2026 as dose number unknown, single for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Penicillin hypersensitivity" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported.
