Symptom narrative

Patient reported a lump in the injection sight with redness. The lump decreased in swelling after a day or two but the red rash spread a little before going down. It's been one week since administration and she said her arm is almost completely back to normal. Patient reports she thinks she experienced ARTHUS reaction. She reported the vaccine administration sight seemed a little high when she received it. Looking at where the rash occurred it didn't look like it was too high and she agreed. She requested we report the info to VAERS. Resolved at store level.
