gave the Menveo, only gave the one liquid part; gave the Menveo, only gave the one liquid part; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number AMXB094A) for prophylaxis. On 23-APR-2026, the patient received Menveo. On 23-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: gave the Menveo, only gave the one liquid part) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: gave the Menveo, only gave the one liquid part).
