Symptom narrative

Hives rash several minutes after vaccination. Just hives rash, no other symptoms. Given Cetirizine and symptoms improved.

Current illness

No illness at the time of vaccination. Unknown if sick within one month prior to vaccination but presumed well during that timeframe since no outreach by parent. I attempted to call parent for this information. I have not received a call back.
