Symptom narrative

Patient had a rash that appeared on their chest, back, and face the day after their shingrix vaccination. Patient visited an urgent care that ruled out a shingles rash through a blood test but were unable to determine exact cause of rash. Patent reports that they have been referred to dermatology for a more formal evaluation. Rash is still present on 5/1/26 more than 1 month since vaccination.
