Reports fevers, severe body aches and right arm swelling x 36 hours after vaccine. Treated with a 6 day Medrol Dose Pack and Atarax 25 mg PRN.

63 yo female with history of CTCL, now s/p RIC HLA-haploidentical alloHCT at (withheld) on 1/11/2021, now > 5 years post-HCT, doing well with best response to HCT of CR, with ongoing remission,
