Symptom narrative

Pediatric patient presents skin rash after vaccination. The rash is described as erythematous (reddish), uniform spots, without the presence of vesicles or blisters with liquid content. Distribution includes abdomen and posterior region of both knees and itching. No fever or associated respiratory symptoms were reported. The patient's mother communicates with the pediatrician by phone and sends him photos, who indicates administration of 5 cc of Zyrtec. I have tried to contact patient's mother to follow up on the minor's rash; However, so far I have not received a response.
